Using these commands:
gcc solution.cc -lstdc++ ls ./a.exe
as per around 90% of the way through this video, I am trying to compile C++ files on Windows 7.
Note: succeeded after re-running setup of cygwin to add support for gcc core and gcc c++ libs, which was a little time-consuming due to having to re-download all the sources again.
So much cool stuff! Successfully installed and ran eXistdb, after wanting to do so for some time and having talked to one of the Principal software developer's on the project. See 2010-07-10 post on
their internal IRC log. Also checked out a demo xQuery app called AuthorMapper that lets you see recent scientific articles by location of publisher, category and all sorts of neat stuff.
